Processing Time

Our artisan candles and Jesmonite pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Options

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — calculated by weight
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated by weight
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — calculated by weight
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99

Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your handcrafted order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping isn’t available at this time, but you’re welcome to request a custom quote via email or chat.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

Returns can be mailed to: 1475 W. Gregory Street, Chicago, IL 60640, USA. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
