Processing Time
Our artisan candles and Jesmonite pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Methods
We ship using the following carrier services:
- USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground Saver — typically 3–7 business days
- UPS Ground — typically 1–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary based on destination and carrier volume.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the carrier service selected.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping isn’t available at this time, but you’re welcome to request a custom quote via email or chat.
