Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Defective or Not-as-Described Items If your item arrived defective or doesn't match its description, we'll provide a full refund or replacement — no restocking fee, no hassle. Please note that damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and falls outside our liability. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, and we're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your case. For all other defective or misrepresented items, contact us and we'll take care of everything.
Change-of-Mind Returns Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to help us maintain fair pricing for all customers.
Return Requirements Items must be unopened, in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Perishable, sale, and clearance items are final sale.
