Processing Time

Our artisan candles and Jesmonite pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your handcrafted order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping isn’t available at this time, but you’re welcome to request a custom quote via email or chat.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Defective or Not-as-Described Items

If your item arrived defective or doesn't match its description, we'll provide a full refund or replacement — no restocking fee, no hassle. Please note that damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and falls outside our liability. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, and we're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your case. For all other defective or misrepresented items, contact us and we'll take care of everything.

Change-of-Mind Returns 

Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to help us maintain fair pricing for all customers.

Return Requirements 

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Perishable, sale, and clearance items are final sale.
