During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Defective or Not-as-Described Items

Please note that damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and falls outside our liability. Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to help us maintain fair pricing for all customers.
