Our artisan candles and Jesmonite pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Defective or Not-as-Described Items
If your item arrived defective or doesn't match its description, we'll provide a full refund or replacement — no restocking fee, no hassle. Please note that damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and falls outside our liability. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, and we're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your case. Change-of-Mind Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to help us maintain fair pricing for all customers.

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Perishable, sale, and clearance items are final sale.
