During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Defective or Not-as-Described Items

Please note that damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and falls outside our liability. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, and we're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your case. For all other defective or misrepresented items, contact us and we'll take care of everything.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to help us maintain fair pricing for all customers.

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Perishable, sale, and clearance items are final sale.
